CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION REFUND CONDITIONS

GENERAL:


1. If you place an order through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.


2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.  


3.The balance loaded into the user's account is solely owned by the user. After making a credit load, the user cannot withdraw the balance from their account for any reason.
 
4. Refund is available up to 1 hour before the departure time of your bus. There is no fee deduction for ticket refunds.
 
5. Please use your ticket at the specified date and time as written on it. Please note that a ticket not used on the specified date and time will be considered invalid.
 

RETURN CONDITIONS:

    1. In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, if the amount falls below the campaign limit set by the SELLER, the discount amount enjoyed within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.  
 
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
 

1. Tickets purchased through the website or application are valid for use within 15 days. Except for force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.), ticket cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
